DataForge provides data engineering training programs, consulting services, and related educational materials. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are final. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied with our courses, provided you haven't completed more than 30% of the course content. Enterprise and consulting services have separate refund policies outlined in their respective contracts.

All content provided through our services, including courses, materials, code examples, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

DataForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
